What we collect
- Account information: email address and authentication data provided during sign-up (managed by Supabase Auth).
- Business profile data: product descriptions, keywords, ICP segments, and competitor terms you enter.
- Discovery results: leads, evidence, and scores generated by our AI agents from public sources.
- Usage data: run counts, feature usage, and billing events for quota and subscription management.
How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide the LeadBloom service: building business profiles, discovering leads, generating strategies, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-party services
- Supabase: authentication and database hosting (EU and US regions available).
- Stripe: payment processing. We do not store credit card details.
- Resend: transactional email delivery.
- Vercel: application hosting.
- Google Gemini: AI model for profile synthesis and lead scoring. Profile data is sent to Google for processing.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Discovery evidence cache is automatically cleaned after 30 days. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to processing

Account deletion
You can delete your account from the app settings or by emailing privacy@leadbloom.ai. Account deletion removes all profiles, runs, leads, feedback, and usage data within 30 days. Stripe subscription data is retained per Stripe's policies.
